豌豆粉 Pea Flour แป้งถั่วลันเตา ใช้ทำข้าวฟืน ข้าวแรมฟืน อาหารจีน
วิธีทำง่ายๆ1. ผสมแป้งปริมาณครึ่งถุง 175 กรัม กับน้ำเย็น 400 กรัม คนให้เข้ากันเป็นเนื้อเดียว พักไว้ 30 นาที2. ต้มน้ำปริมาณ 600 กรัมด้วยไฟกลางจนเดือด จากนั้นค่อยๆเทส่วนผสมที่พักไว้ใส่ลงไป ขณะเทให้ค่อยๆคนไปเรื่อยๆ จากนั้นเติมเกลือ 2 กรัม กวนต่อประมาณ 10 นาทีจนส่วนผสมข้นขึ้น ยกลงเทใส่ถาดแล้วพักไว้ให้เย็นจนเซตตัว 3. นำมาตัดและนำไปปรุงรสต่อตามชอบ
