OCM Stainless Roller Chains SAC SeriesThis chain is made of 316 (austenitic) stainless steel. This chainis better in corrosive resistance than SUS Series and non-magnetic.Spring clips and cotter used are made of 304 stainless steel.Heat resistance.
OCM Stainless Roller Chain SPH SeriesThe pin, bush and roller of this chain are made of 600 Seriesprecipitation hardened stainless steel with link plate of 304 stainless steels. Spring clips and cotter used are made of304 stainless steels. Magnetic wear resistance. The working loadof this chain is 1.5 times SUS Series.
Construction of OCM Roller ChainsRoller Chain is made of roller links and pin linksRoller links consists of two bushing press-fitted into roller link plate with two free rotating rollers over the bushings. Pin links consistsof two pin links plates into which two pins are press--fitted.
