Construction of OCM Roller ChainsRoller chain is made of roller links and pin linksRoller links consists of two bushing press-fitted into roller link platewith two free rotating roller over bushings. Pin links consists oftwo pin links are press-fitted.
There are two types of pins: Rivet (Spring Clips) and Cotter Types
1) Rivet (Spring Clips) This is standard for all single and multiple strand ANSI standard chain 80 and below and British standard chain 16B and below2) Cotter Type This is standard for all single and multiple strand strand ANSI standard chain 100 and above and British standard chain 20B and above3) Offset Links This is a combination of offset links. This link is used when the chain length is odd number of pitch. It is recommended not to be used one offset links whenever possible 4) Two Pitches Offset Link The unit consists of one offset link and one roller links. Pin links are press-fitted into the link plate and the unit is more suitable for heavy impact load, high-speed driving than one pitch offset link.
1) OCM Stainless Roller Chain SUS Series This chain is made of 304 (austenitic) stainless steel. This chain has excellent corrosive resistance and very low magnetic. This chain is good for acid, alkali, water, etc. Heat resistance
2) OCM Stainless Roller Chain SAC Series This chain is made of 316 (austenitic) stainless steel. This is better in corrosive resistance than SUS Series and non-magnetic Spring clips and cotters used are made of 304 stainless steels. Heat resistance.
3) OCM Stainless Roller Chain SPH Series The pin, bushings and roller of these chains are made of 600 Serie precipitation hardened stainless steels with link plate of 304 stainless steels.Magnetic Better wear-resistance. The working load of this chain is 1.5 times SUS Series.

OCM "H" (Heavy Duty) Roller Chains ระบบ ANSI/Single Pitch/Heavy Duty "H" type roller chains have increase link plate thicknessto provide greater capacity without fatigue failure. The link platethickness is that of the next larger size chains. Single strand rollerchain of "H" type run on standard roller sprockets.
OCM "DC" type and "TC" type Roller Chains(Double Roller Chains and Triple Roller Chains)ระบบ BS/Single Pitch/Heavy Duty"DC" type roller chain consists of twice the number of side plate as single strand chains and its working load is close to the standard double strand chain.
