A Manual of Acarology by G.W. Krantz. Oregon State Univ. Book Stores, Inc. Corvallis. (TB5)… The Manual is a primarily systematic text, providing basic information on acarine biology, morphology, behavior, rearing, collection, preparation and preservation. References to more detailed works on these subjects are listed at the conclusion of appropriate chapters. Taxonomic diagnoses are presented for each suborder and superfamily, along with selected bibliographies for each major taxon. Feeding habits, importance, and distribution of member families are discussed under each superfamilial heading. Keys are included for currently recognized families of the Acari except in the suborder Oribatida, where only the superfamilial categories are distinguished. The Ixodida, or ticks, are keyed to genus. The Manual contains over 800 illustrations and diagrams assembled in 163 plates and 47 text figures. The index comprises over 2000 entries, including citations to all supraspecific taxa noted in the text and figures.หนังสือปกแข็งหนา 509 หน้า ขนาด กว้างxสูงxหนา = 22x27.5x4.5 ซม.ค่าส่ง 60-
