Our Marketing team is responsible for generating brand awareness and demand for our products and services. We design and execute various campaigns to achieve specific marketing goals – all while maintaining a consistent brand image and voice.
We are looking for a conceptually-driven Art Director to join our talented, diverse and growing team. Someone who sticks to their principles of design but knows when to bend them. Relishes the challenge of thinking up fresh ideas and knows when to defend them. Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, and is a great team player. About your role• Create thoughtful design and communicate concepts on campaigns, consistent with our brand values and tonality. From design comps to final deliverables, you’ll work to meet the standards set by your Creative Director.• Collaborate with regional and local account managers, fellow designers, copywriters and partner agencies to conceptualize, execute and present creative work of a high quality where necessary, in line with the direction, strategies and feedback given.
Requirements• 4–5 years experience in a creative agency or in-house environment.• Portfolio with successfully launched projects and integrated campaigns.• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant graphic design tools like Figma. A working understanding of coding is a bonus.• Able to speak, read and write English and Thai, as this role will be working alongside team members from Malaysia and Singapore.• Effective communication skills and a good eye for design.• Ability to work under the guidance of a Creative Director and other senior team members.• Ability to handle pressure and work within tight timelines.
