This role plays an important role in empowering Carro’s performance marketing activities and delivering best in class performance marketing solutions to meet media and business objectives. What you will be doing: • Act as the primary resource for all execution, implementation and operations of performance marketing campaigns across multiple media channels including Google, Facebook, TikTok, third party display or video buys etc. • Manage campaign pacing, optimization and data analysis for learning and action steps to achieve targeted media and business KPIs (CPL, CAC, Conversion Rate, Appointment Rate etc) • Manage performance marketing budgets across multiple channels and do budgeting forecasts based on campaign objectives and desired results • Manage timely delivery of all different reporting templates for local/regional teams’ analysis. Eg daily/weekly/monthly reports, auction analysis, search query analysis, competition benchmarking, creative performance etc. • Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics • Work with local country manager and regional team to share conversion improvement plan and prepare execution plan to measure desired outcomes Who are we looking for: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Advertising, Communication, Mathematics, Statistics etc) • At least 3+ years of experience in performance marketing/performance strategy roles • Proficiency in operating major advertising and analytics tools including Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Tiktok Business Manager, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio and Google Tag Manager • Detail-oriented with strong data sense, with good problem-solving skills • Strong communicator with ability to translate numbers to business stakeholders • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, slicers).
