We are looking for Head of IT Application who has at least 7 years’ solid experience in IT and Business Solution project management. You will join our management team to reinvent Motto Auction’s future, report directly to CEO & CTO.
Job OverviewOverseeing and managing all aspects of the organization's information technology systems. Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure, software applications, and data security within the company.
Responsibilities• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.• Delivers reports on case information to management.• Develop and execute an IT strategy aligned with the company's objectives.• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.• IT Asset Control.• Lead the project team, manage, prioritize the project implementation to ensure the on-time delivery, the overall quality and system functionality.• Manage information technology and computer systems.• Manage IT staff and outsource, coaching team, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.• Manage the IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage systems, and telecommunications.• Plan, organize, control, and evaluate IT and electronic data operations design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.• Understand user requirements and develop solutions.
Requirements• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.• 7 - 10 years’ experience in IT support and systems administration.• Ability to maintain and support computer hardware, and software including Microsoft Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office, Business Applications and Network Infrastructure.• Able to learn new IT technology.• Ability to work in dynamic environment and strong prioritization skills.• Excellent communication skills and decision-making skills.• Good interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills, punctuality, team player, flexibility self-learning.• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.• Strong analytical, strategically and creatively, equally effective in strategy and execution.• Good communication in English for both spoken and written.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
