About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with a strong focus on Project Management, and data sense to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager you will be working with the Sales team in Thailand and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities• Coordinate internal resources and external partners or vendors for the flawless execution of projects• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility• Ensure resource availability and allocation• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques• Report and escalate to management as needed• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders• Perform risk management to minimize project risks• Establish and maintain relationships with external partners/vendors• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation• Performance Analytics Support: Generates performance analytics reports required by management to analyze business performance to support sound decision making.• Intermediary Engagement and Communications: Drives targeted communications to drive engagement of intermediaries. Also works with Finance Partners in ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of referral fees and overrides of Intermediaries, Managers Directors and Partners.• Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales activity and Sale material.• Collaborate with internal departments, such as marketing, underwriter, finance to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities and on time.• Have the knowledge for insurance business and product.• Support and assist the Sales team to achieve objectives or targets.• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements• Bachelor's degree or above in any related fields (IT, Technology, Finance or Banking)• At least 3-5 years of project management experience in tech related industry• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies• Strategic thinking and leadership with a sense of entrepreneurship and strong passion for success and independence.• Result-oriented, can operate within a fast-paced environment• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills• Ability to manage and influence in a matrix organization (cross-functional) with multiple stakeholders and levels of alignment including senior business leaders• Strong analytical, communication, fast learner, and ability to work under pressure• Experience in Agile product development and teams (Confluence and Jira); a strong plus• Any of the following would be a strong plus for the candidates who apply:• Ability to speak Thai, English and/or Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.• Understanding of software technology industry• Technical knowledge of the fintech/insurtech industry• Experience in a start-up or fast-growth environmentอ่านเพิ่มเติม
