Our client is an industrial enterprise, their business spans manufacturing, engineering and distribution activities. They are looking for Regional Manager who expertise in Agriculture Irrigation to join with them. Please see the detail below for more information;
Responsibility: - Develop the Sales Strategy, Business Plan and Budget according to the Group’s and Country’s short-term and long-term goals in line with the strategy.- Formulate the business strategy actively pursuing new business opportunities with the aim to add higher local value, pursue backward/forward integration within the Corporate Guidelines and oversee its implementation.- Support in creating and expanding the customer base through direct and indirect sales.- Build a successful, encouraging and sustainable team culture.- Work with the team on the complexities of the sales operation.- Collaborate with the country management and existing irrigation & project team to support the continuity and attainment of goals and objectives.- Work with the Regional Director to manage the team’s financial wellbeing in general and its working capital.- Collaborate with the Regional Director to establish the performance standards and targets for all direct reports – guiding, motivating, coaching and appraising them to ensure optimum job performance.- Provide guidance to the team whenever required.- Identify new business area, expand the customer base and to maximize the- market coverage in the designated industry.- Any other task assigned by the Regional Director.
Qualification: - Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field.- At least 10 years of relevant experience in which at least 6 years are in Management, managing a business and a track record of Sales and Management- An energetic, mature and ethical person with managerial courage, self-confidence, resourcefulness and conscientiousness.- Strong business acumen and a high level of influencing, negotiation, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills.- Fluent in English
