*In this position you will. *• continue to grow, develop, and lead the Device Protection and Insurtech Exchange businesses in Thailand. This role will drive development of the company strategy and execute as per our business plan. This role is also about driving and developing revenue streams whilst delivering market leading products and digital customer service to our partners and customers. This position will also continue to evolve the business to a user-centric, data-driven and digital-first organisation.• You will be responsible for*• Driving the growth of the device protection and insurance exchange businesses (both sit under the Distribution business)• Leading, motivating and developing the management teams• Development of key accounts and resulting revenues• Acquisition of new accounts to grow the company in the marketplace• Driving team to deliver best in industry service levels• Ensure corporate governance is maintained; working with legal, finance and compliance• For you to be successful*We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies*Impactful• Translates strategic priorities, objectives and targets into goals for team. Provides frameworks for measurement• Holds self and others accountable for achieving and exceeding challenging targets and delivering quality results

Champions and rewards this approach with team• You will require the following qualifications and skills*• A degree from a reputable university.• At least 10 years of experience in leadership and key account management• A background in device protection insurance, or personal lines• Demonstrate leadership that will drive success of business. Problem-solver and able to provide vision and direction to the team• Analytical and with strategic outlook• In-depth knowledge of management and corporate governance• Excellent communication skills.
