JOB DESCRIPTIONIn this position you will... You will be responsible for advising and selling motor insurance policies to interested referrals (no cold calling). Your job will require great communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of motor insurance.
You will be responsible for…
• Advise and educate potential customers on our products and give reference information• Help customers to buy our products by following a prepared script and using adaptive selling techniques• Track and document transactions by completing forms and record logs• Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
For you to be successful… We expect you to be able to demonstrate the following key competencies

• Has a clear understanding of team’s objectives and aligns efforts to these.• Maintains commitment to achieving goals in the face of obstacles
Customer focus
• Demonstrates a customer centric mindset by prioritizing customer needs and addressing concerns with a sense of urgency• Understands the role and importance of using customer data to make decisions• Aware of the benefits of offering different service solutions to a diversity of customers and helps support adoption
Communication
• Communicates clearly and actively listens to others• Provides others with information they need in a timely manner• Communication is specific and fact based using a style appropriate for the audience
You will require the following qualifications and skills •Vocational education certificate• Proficient computer skills• General insurance license and prior experience in telesales is a plus
