Job Description• Responsible for supervising and leading a team of Social Key Account Managers (SKAMs), comprising approximately 4-5 members.• Drive performance of all SKAMs within responsibility on various aspects including: commercial performance, seller relationship, social media engagement, internal tools and systems and special projects etc.• Provide guidance to team members to ensure continuous growth in productivity, motivation, learning and process improvement• Gather key insights from all Social Key Account Managers in order to develop recommendations and strategies for future improvement, internal campaigns, and team campaign • Develop a close relationship with team members as well as boost/maintain team morale. Requirements• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or related fields3-4 years experience in Business Development and Key account management would be advantage• Result oriented, self-driven, and strong negotiation skills• Prior experiences in social media related role would be a plus • Ability to adapt and thrive in fast-pace dynamic environment• Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills• Good communication• People management skills and have experience taking care of a team• Energetic to achieve KPIsอ่านเพิ่มเติม
