Responsibilities• Coordination and Communication:Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external suppliers.• Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of materials.• Conduct regular status updates and meetings to streamline the supply chain process.
Order Management• Manage and process purchase orders accurately and efficiently.• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorder points to prevent stockouts.• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain healthy supplier relationships.
Shipping Documentation• Handle and prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.• Ensure accuracy and compliance with international shipping regulations and standards.• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to facilitate smooth customs clearance.
Documentation and Record Keeping• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and transactions.• Prepare and review shipping documents, customs declarations, and other relevant paperwork.• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards governing international shipments.
Problem Resolution• Address and resolve any supply chain issues promptly.• Proactively identify potential delays or disruptions and implement corrective actions.• Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and find solutions.
Language Proficiency• Fluent in both Chinese and English to facilitate effective communication with international suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Coordinator or similar role.• Proficient in both Chinese and English languages (spoken and written).• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.• Familiarity with supply chain processes, logistics, and international trade regulations.
