Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative and strategic Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy across various channels, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging that resonates with our target audience. This role involves planning, creating, and evaluating content on an ongoing basis to drive brand awareness and achieve marketing objectives.
Responsibilities• Omni-Channel Content Pillar Planning• Develop and implement an omni-channel content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives.• Identify key content pillars and themes that resonate with the target audience and reinforce brand messaging.
Strategic Direction for Each Channel• Strategize and plan content direction for different channels, including but not limited to websites, blogs, social media, email, and video platforms.• Tailor content to suit the unique characteristics and preferences of each channel.
Monthly Content Planning• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and information for monthly content planning.• Create a content calendar outlining key themes, topics, and campaigns for each channel.Content Creation:
Produce high-quality, engaging, and relevant content, including articles, blog posts, social media updates, videos, and other formats.Ensure consistency in brand voice, style, and messaging across all content pieces.
Evaluation of Performance• Monitor and analyze the performance of content across channels using relevant metrics and analytics tools.• Provide regular reports and insights on content effectiveness, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Adaptation and Optimization• Stay informed about industry trends, audience behavior, and platform changes to adapt content strategies accordingly.• Optimize content based on performance data, user feedback, and evolving market dynamics.
Qualifications• Proven experience in content creation and strategy, preferably in a marketing or related field.• Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing and the ability to create content tailored for different platforms.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Proficient in using content creation tools and platforms.• Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed recommendations.• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
