About the jobWe are looking for a Graphic Designer at Welala (Premium Healthcare Brand), startup in TKP portco.
BackgroundWELALA is an investor backed startup developing home based diagnostic kits. We aim to make a difference in people's lives by making health and wellness accessible for everyone, everywhere at any time. The ambition is to grow the business in Thailand first; then go across Asia in different therapeutic areas and become the leader in ASEAN.
TK & Partners (https://tk-partners.co/ ) is a private venture capital firm founded by McKinsey & Co.'s senior advisor. We are an active investor supporting the founder teams to scale the startup throughout the whole cycle, starting from developing the business plan and strategy, driving execution, and preparing the startup for the next round of fundraising.
Job Descriptions :You will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that uphold our premium healthcare brand image. Your primary focus will encompass web graphics, brochure design, report design, and instruction paper layout. Experience in product packaging design is a definite plus.
Web Graphic Design :• Design visually appealing web graphics for our website and online platforms.• Create engaging banners, icons, and other web elements to enhance user experience.• Ensure consistent branding and aesthetic appeal across all digital channels.
Brochure Design :• Develop high-quality brochures and marketing materials.• maintain brand consistency in layouts & content.
Report Design/ Instruction Paper :• Design informative and visually engaging reports and instruction papers.• Present complex information in a clear and concise manner through effective layout and design.
Product Packaging (a plus) :• If applicable, contribute to the design of product packaging that reflects our brand's premium positioning.• Ensure that packaging designs adhere to regulatory requirements and enhance product visibility on shelves.
Qualifications :• Fluent in both Thai and English for graphic and content creation.• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality design work on time.
