Responsibilities:• Craft strategy for Tiktok Shop to be #1 platform in proactively working with local authorities and empowering Thai economy• Build impactful projects to empower SME sellers• Identify key goverment stakeholders, and how can Tiktok Shop contribute to government's intiatives• Be key point of contact and manage relationship with regulatory officials, industry stakeholders, trade associations, and proactively identifies opportunities to deepen collaborations with key stakeholders for the region assigned• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management and country leads, to gather insights on regional challenges and opportunities• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive implementation of strategic initiatives
Qualifications• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above• Proven experience working with senior leaders/executives to establish strategic plans and objectives• Ability to effectively handle ambiguity, to collaborate and partner with business leaders and to be effective in a matrixed multinational corporate environment• External Relations – proven track record of at least 3 years in consultancy, corporate, (inter-)governmental organisation or trade association• Fluent in English and Thai• Preferred: Masters or higher-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relationsอ่านเพิ่มเติม
