In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting potentialclients, and selling non-life insurance products over the phone. We prefer candidateswho hold a Non-life insurance broker license, as this will enhance their credibility andunderstanding of insurance regulations and products. Responsibilities:● Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce insurance productsand services.● Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needsand provide suitable solutions.● Educate clients on various insurance options, including life, health, auto, home,and business insurance.● Analyze clients' current insurance policies and provide recommendations forcoverage enhancements or changes.● Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and close sales effectively.● Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.● Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions with clients using ourCRM system.● Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product developments toprovide informed advice to clients.● Collaborate with team members and management to optimize sales strategiesand achieve company objectives.● Uphold compliance with all relevant insurance laws, regulations, and ethicalstandards. Requirements:● Proven experience in telesales or sales, preferably in the non-life insurance.● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.● Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.● Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.● Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.● Must hold a valid insurance broker license.● High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
