Responsibilities:• Responsible for the optimization of the experience of the creator and agency / merchant side of the e-commerce business, including but not limited to acquisition, growth, marketing, fulfillment, etc.• Collect and refine the requirements, and accurately judge their priorities. Align with cross-teams and complete product iteration and optimization.• Explore product opportunities through research, feedback, competitive experience and other means, and integrate cross-team resources to conduct the implementation of solutions.• Responsible for the internal training of new features and policies.
Qualifications• 3-5 years of relevant experience in product operations. Preferred experiences within an E-commerce business company.• Good communication and presentation skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration.• Curiosity, in-depth thinking, and discovering the nature of the problem.• Sensitive to data, with basic data analysis skills.• English can be used as a working language.• Preferred with overseas work experience or feel comfortable with long-term dispatch/travel to Southeast Asia.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
