Job Title: HR Change Management / Process Design / Transformation (Senior & Manager Level)
Location: MRT Queen SirikitWorking Style: Hybrid / FlexibleSalary: Up to 200,000 THB
About the Position: We are actively seeking dynamic individuals with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR Change Management, Process Design, or Transformation. The ideal candidates must possess the ability to design and implement transformative industry, functional, and/or digital solutions to drive business value and provide enterprises with a competitive edge by unlocking human potential, leveraging talent, and driving workplace transformation. The Talent & Organization practice focuses on addressing workforce and organizational issues, including change management, HR administration, learning, knowledge management, performance management, HR IT systems implementation, and workforce transformation.
--------------------------------------- RESPONSIBILITIES ---------------------------------------
Consultant Level Responsibilities (3+ Years of Experience):• Support the design of target HR capabilities and processes• Assist with HR studies and research• Facilitate design workshops and capture outputs• Synthesize insights and finalize deliverables
Senior Level Responsibilities (6+ Years of Experience):• Define change vision and acceptance strategy• Shape change initiatives and measure progress• Design organizational structures and workforce planning strategies• Deliver valuable insights and implement business change
Manager Level Responsibilities (6+ Years of Experience):• Lead the design of target HR capabilities and processes• Provide expertise on HR practices and technology• Plan and drive client workshops• Synthesize insights and finalize deliverablesอ่านเพิ่มเติม
