Roles and Responsibilities• Manage daily cash for investment and oversee cash in/out flows bycoordinating with internal units namely Cashier Department and Accounting Department to monitor the Company’s liquidity status and coordinate with Fund Management Team in allocating cash to invest in different financial instruments as approved by Investment Committee.• Manage short term investment (approved by Investment Committee) with financial institutions in forms of savings deposit, promissory note, bill of exchange, treasury bill, certificate of deposits, and other instruments tradable in the money market, where such instruments are allowed for investment according to the Ministerial Notification regarding life insurance company investing in other business operation.• Record collection-payment transaction and yield of investment in Hiport system and coordinate to check that such recording is accurate and matching with Accounting Department daily.• Record collection-payment transaction, installment payment, and drawdown information of loan customer, and premium for fire insurance, and coordinate to check that such data recording is accurate and matching with Accounting Department daily.• Prepare monthly investment summary report showing type and value of investment and separating by fund management type, including private fund, equity fund, fixed income fund, and the Company’s self-managed fund, to report to the Executives for acknowledgement and formulation of investment policy and guideline.• Receive training on Hiport system in order to have good understanding and ability to use the system as well as attend external meetings to keep up to date on investment situation in the money and capital markets.• Calculation NAV and close financial statement daily, monthly and yearly. activities:• Fund Operation (including NAV calculation) from various asset management companies.• Custodian of Banking & Financial business.• Investment Operations Department from institutional investors, life insurance companies and Non-life insurance.• Securities Operations Department from a securities company (Stockbrokerage).
Qualifications• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking or related fields.• Minimum 1 years experience in fund accounting from Asset Management Company.• Proficient use of Hiport software system.• Candidate with Investment Planner Certificate would be specially considered.• Competent in English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.• Computer-literate in software programs especially Microsoft Excel.• Have negotiation skill and good human relations.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
