Responsibilities: • Draft, Review and negotiate the legal contracts such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures & Strategic Alliances, Due Diligence, General Corporate Law and other agreements related.• Provide legal advice/consultation to corporate finance team andindependently manage on Mergers, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Due Diligence.• Coordinate with government agencies to process-related works.• Create approval memorandum regarding responsible work, performance report and others in order to present to Team Manager.• Provide legal advice related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures to the Company’s employees.Qualifications:• Bachelor of Laws. License to practice law is required.• At least 3 years of experience in litigation, legal transactions related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Due Diligence. • Fluent in both written and spoken English.• Possess analytical thinking, business planning, supervising, monitoring, evaluating, communicating and coordinating skills.• Good knowledge of laws, especially laws related to investment and financial business.• Good skills in litigation, legal transaction related to Mergers & Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and negotiation.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
