Located right next to the Siam BTS, we're the brains behind the ONESIAM SUPERAPP. Our mission? To engineer an outstanding SaaS platform that sets new standards.
What We Need:
We're looking for a dynamic and skilled Wallet Development Lead who is passionate about driving cutting-edge digital wallet solutions. You'll be the cornerstone in creating our innovative digital wallet platform, overseeing all aspects of development, security, and functionality. This role is more than a job—it's an adventure in technological innovation and creativity, working with a team that values fun as much as they do groundbreaking functionality.
Responsibilities:• Innovative Development: Lead the design and development of high-quality business logic, frameworks, and APIs using Java, Scala, Go, and/or NodeJS.• Quality Assurance: Ensure production of scalable and maintainable backend applications and services. Conduct code reviews to foster a culture of high standards.• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the backend development team towards continuous improvement and skill development. Share knowledge and foster a collaborative environment.• Cultural Influence: Promote a positive team environment that encourages innovation and a growth mindset. Enjoy the journey and foster strong relationships within the team.
Qualifications:• Minimum of 3 years in a senior development role, with at least one year in a leadership position.• Expertise in server-side application development and microservices architecture.• Proficient in Java, Scala, Go, or NodeJS.• Experience with cloud infrastructure management, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.• Exceptional communication, people management, and interpersonal skills.• Thai language skills are highly advantageous.
