Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Leader for our Technical Engineer Team who will be responsible for overseeing the pre-sale, implementation, and predominantly post-sale support of our cybersecurity solutions.
1. Leadership & Management:• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of technical engineers.• Ensure adequate training and development opportunities for team members.• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure timely delivery of projects and customer support.• Handle escalated technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
2. Pre-sale Support:• Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during client meetings.• Assess client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations as needed.
3. Implementation:• Oversee and validate the setup, installation, and initial configuration of cybersecurity solutions.• Ensure all implementations are completed within the stipulated time frame and meet customer specifications.
4. Post-sale Support:• Ensure effective and timely technical support for customers post-implementation.• Monitor and manage customer feedback to improve solutions and services.• Establish and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and resolutions.
5. Collaboration & Communication:• Act as the primary liaison between the technical team and other departments.• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding team performance, project status, and customer feedback.• Ensure smooth communication between the technical team and clients.
6. Continuous Improvement:• Keep abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.• Identify areas of improvement within the team and the technical solutions provided.• Implement best practices to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.• A minimum of 10 years experience in cybersecurity.• At least 1 year in a leadership or supervisor role.• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, tools, and best practices.• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH).อ่านเพิ่มเติม
