Position: Administrative Officer - Registration Departmentคำอธิบายงาน:• จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับกรมขนส่งทางบก• ดำเนินการเกี่ยวกับเอกสารการผลิตมอเตอร์ไซค์• ประสานงานระหว่างโครงการ งานทะเบียน และหน่วยงานภาครัฐ• รับผิดชอบในการจัดทำรายงานตามมาตรฐานของกรมส่งเสริมอุตสาหกรรม (BOI)• เตรียมเอกสารและดำเนินการในการแจ้งขายสินค้า• ประสานงานกับตัวแทนจำหน่ายเพื่อการทะเบียนสินค้า
คุณสมบัติ:• มีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการหรืองานทะเบียน• สามารถใช้ภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี• มีทักษะในการจัดการเอกสารและการประสานงาน• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและการทำงานภายใต้กำลังคนอื่นๆ ได้ดี• มีความสามารถในการทำงานภายใต้กดดันและรับมือกับสถานการณ์ที่เปลี่ยนแปลงได้ Job Description:• Prepare documents related to the Department of Land Transport.• Handle documentation related to motorcycle production.• Coordinate projects between departments, registration tasks, and government agencies.• Prepare reports according to the standards of the Board of Investment (BOI).• Prepare documentation and facilitate product registration processes.• Coordinate with distributors for product registration.
Qualifications:• Experience in administrative or registration work is preferred.• Proficiency in both Thai and English languages.• Strong skills in document management and coordination.• Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.• Adaptability to changing situations.
