What You Will Do:
As our Partnership Sales Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth by expanding our network of accounting firm partners.
Your responsibilities will include:• Spearheading the expansion of our accounting firm partner network• Enhancing and optimizing the end-to-end sales process• Hiring, coaching, and motivating a high-performing sales team to meet acquisition and growth targets while prioritizing exceptional customer experiences• Setting revenue targets and ensuring team objectives align with our business strategy• Collaborating closely with product marketing and product teams to align marketing and sales efforts
Qualifications:• 7+ years of sales experience in the technology industry, with a focus on SaaS platform sales• Proven track record in managing and leading teams to success• Proactive mindset with a knack for hustling to achieve goals• Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and drive activity independently• Fluency in both Thai and English
