Job Summary : This individual will be the key member of the team responsible to bridge the gap between the business side and Technical Development team of Rabbit Partnership Program and Rabbit Selections Projects. The individual will interpret business requirements into functional requirements for development, and collaborate with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibility : The role itself is majorly divided into 2 main parts :
70% of the effort :
The Product Owner, this part is pivotal in bridging the gap between the development team, stakeholders, and the overarching business goals, ensuring the product development is user-centric and aligns with strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include :
• Vision and Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product's vision and roadmap to guide the team and stakeholders.• Backlog Management: Managing the product backlog through: Crafting clear and concise user stories or requirements.• Prioritizing items based on value, alignment with the vision, and business needs. Regularly refining backlog items to ensure clarity, relevance, and proper estimation.• Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements, relay product capabilities, timelines, and constraints, and aligning product development with stakeholder expectations.• Agile Ceremonies: Leading agile processes by:• Facilitating sprint planning to prioritize tasks for upcoming sprints.• Conducting sprint reviews to showcase completed work, gather feedback, and adjust the backlog as needed.
30% of the effort :
UX/UI part ensures that digital products are both functional and visually appealing.
• Kickstart and facilitate design project discussions / workshops with users and stakeholders• Conduct user research and gain deep customer insights to co-create with users and stakeholders• Apply Design Thinking process in projects and collaborate with stakeholders to translate customer needs into effective design prototypes• Support the development and testing of prototypes all the way to design delivery• Visualize complex information / concepts in simple and effective way in design channels and touchpoints• Work and communicate with developers on design development
Qualification :• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA, or related field. • At least 2 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Product Owner in mobile app/web product development.• At least 2 years design experience with skills in facilitation, research, UX, visual design, or service design.• Proficient in requirement analysis and system design, with knowledge of APIs, user interfaces, channels, back-end processes, and integrations.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.• Strong communication skills, capable of clear and precise interaction at all levels, including customer-facing scenarios. Fair level of English required.• Experience with project management and UX/UI design tools.• Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development methodologies, and programming (SQL is a plus).• Interest in the E-commerce industry with a strong can-do attitude and willing to engage in hands-on works.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
