Qualifications & experience : • At least 2-5 years of working experience in Modern trade sales and consumer goods.• Strong communication and negotiation skills.• Good strategic planning, analytical and proactive.• Having experience in BA training /Beauty consultant would be a plus.• Knowing buyers and having connections with Modern trade’s account would be a plus.
Tasks & responsibilities :• sales statistics, promotion and trade performance to efficiently control the trade promotion budget. (mainly Modern Trade)• Commit and achieve an agreed sales budget under responsibility.• Analyze market information and trend; identify new opportunities in order to increase sales revenue.• Monitoring sales (daily, weekly, monthly) and distribution performance, particularly for new products and Big campaigns, and taking timely action to drive continuous improvement.• Negotiate with the buyer how to improve sales and propose brand promotion.• Do monthly sales plan and execute to ensure sales target and sales objective would be achieved.• Regularly visiting stores in order to identify areas of improvement. Maintain and improve company's product displays in store and identify opportunities for attractive display.• Planning customer demand and fulfilling the stock according to historical data and activity by account.
