Job Description :• Given a solution to build up subcontractor to serve a hub operation.• Working with operation team to determine what type of services are required and performance review• Analysis a reports and monitor Operations• Compilation of daily Subcon data• Work closely with internal stakeholders to generate deliverables required• Emphasize quality framework within operations
Requirements :• Data driven decision making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team• Good command in English (Plus)• Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage• Responsive, good problems solver, simple, practical and straightforward person who able to work in operation environment A Bachelor degree from an Logistics or management background is preferable• Experienced min 1-2 years in logistics company• Experienced in working with and managing transportation vendorsอ่านเพิ่มเติม
