Responsibilities:• Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources, conduct research on the key development directions of the business, and provide strategic support such as target setting and strategy recommendations for the business.• Collaborate with the Southeast Asia team, conduct market analysis of segmented industries, understand competitors and identify growth points, and formulate category strategies and influencer operation strategies.• Collaborate with other functional teams to promote the optimization of governance, strategy, data, and product teams.• Responsible for influencer and industry data analysis, deeply understanding business logic, designing a reasonable indicator system based on business goals, carrying out agile and effective evaluation and monitoring of business performance, and providing valuable decision-making suggestions through in-depth analysis and mining of indicators.
Qualifications• Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above• At least 3 years of relevant experience in large e-commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies• Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, e-commerce, live streaming, and digital trends landscape• Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills• Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, results and goal-oriented with commercial experience• Proficiency in English is required• Candidates with 1~2 years of prior overseas study / work experience and willingness to consider overseas assignment is a plusอ่านเพิ่มเติม
