We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and spearhead advertising sales efforts on the Kaidee.com platform. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new advertising opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities:• Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new advertising clients for Kaidee.com.• Identify and target potential advertisers, including businesses, agencies, and brands across various industries.• Conduct effective sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of advertising on Kaidee.com.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising packages and promotional campaigns.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing advertising clients.• Understand client needs, requirements, and objectives to provide tailored advertising solutions.• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.• Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional advertising products or services.• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging advertising technologies.• Analyze advertising performance metrics and provide insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.• Set ambitious achievable sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).• Consistently track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue performance
Qualifications:• 3 to 5 years proven experience in advertising sales, business development, or related fields.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• In-depth knowledge of online advertising platforms, formats, and best practices.• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred• An energetic, mature, accountable, self – driven, fast learner and has strong analytical skill• Ability to work in a target driven companyอ่านเพิ่มเติม
