What you will do:• Serve our customers through a professionally orchestrated tour of our vehicles inventory as well as the array of CARRO products and services.• Understand our customers’ profile and learn their requirements through a deeper personalized engagement.• Plan and manage our customers’ test drive experiences with professional guidance on the vehicle features and specifications as well as other related product insights during the appointment.• Responsible for preparing the showroom and ensuring a strong selection of demo cars are available and that the showroom is always presentable for customers’ visit.• Pro-actively approaching customers in the showroom to welcome them and see if they need any help.• Keeping up to date with the latest product and market information and trends.
What you will need:• Enthusiasm for excellent customer service• Passion for automotive technology and product interest• Strong presentation skills• Ability to work autonomously• Team oriented personality• Excellent communication skills• Keen to keep-up-to-date with innovations and complex/ technical/ product information• Always willing to help and support others• Good knowledge of computer applications (MS Office)
