Our company is seeking a skilled Backend Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a highly capable engineering team. Your primary role will involve effectively managing staffing and resource allocation while ensuring timely project delivery. You will provide guidance for career development and performance management of your team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to achieve the team's objectives. Additionally, you will oversee the skills development and career progression of the engineers under your supervision, ensuring their growth and productivity. Key responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:• Writing clean, scalable & efficient code• Integrating user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic• Building reusable code libraries for future use• Optimizing the performance of applications for full-scale production deployments• Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents• Participating in code reviews• Troubleshooting and debugging to optimize performance
Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Backend Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.• Strong technical background and hands-on experience in software development, with proficiency in various Programming languages & Frameworks. We mainly use Python, Typescript, Kotlin (Android) and Swift (iOS) at Kaidee.• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.• Familiarity with CI/CD will be an added advantage• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture while delivering high-quality results.• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, weigh multiple options, and make informed choices.• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, adapt quickly to new technologies and industry trends.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Strong proficiency in English & Thaiอ่านเพิ่มเติม
