Job Description :• Create content for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube etc.) according to brand.• Manage and monitor content on all social media platforms.• Work closely with the team lead to develop and post content to social media.• Collaborate with e-commerce and sales teams to develop social media content and campaigns.• Working with a graphic designer on creative content, supporting shoots where necessary.• To build excellent relationships with all media, bloggers and influencers to coordinate with them to ensure the effectiveness of campaign execution.• Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.• Give information to customers through all online platforms and interact with online customers to improve brand experience. • Prepare documents, script and equipment related to live stream for responsible platform. • Analyze and report social media actions monthly for successes and new opportunities. • Other duties as assigned.
