Roles & Responsibilities:1. Content Strategy:• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with overall marketing and brand objectives• Identify target audiences and tailor content to resonate with specific demographics2. Content Planning and Development:• Oversee the creation and planning of diverse and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, infographics, and social media posts• Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience• Create content to engage users according to brand's objectives3. Campaign Integration:• Collaborate with marketing, PR, and product teams to integrate content into overall campaigns and initiatives• Ensure content supports key messages and marketing objectives4. Content Calendar Management:• Develop and manage an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content across platforms• Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines5. Collaboration with Creatives:• Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing content strategy• Provide creative direction and input on visual elements
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus• Proven experience in content creation and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse content types• Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a creative team• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills• In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms• Strong project management and organizational skillsอ่านเพิ่มเติม
