Roles & Responsibilities:• Work closely with the marketing team to formulate growth strategies, objectives, and timelines.• Assist in the design and execution of performance-based marketing campaigns across numerous channels, including email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and content marketing.• Undertake research and analysis to identify target audience segments, keywords, and trends to boost campaign performance.• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as creative design and content, to maintain consistent messaging and branding throughout all campaign components.• Track and report on campaign performance, including key metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, utilizing analytics tools.• Assist in A/B testing and optimization of campaign elements to enhance effectiveness and stimulate higher engagement.• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and performance-driven strategies.• Support the marketing team in other related tasks and initiatives as needed.• Ideal Candidate Qualifications:• Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
