Job Description• Develop detailed project plans to execute, monitor and track progress of initiatives (with priority of defining initiative success factors and showing impact in them)• Study and identify user pain points, evaluate gaps/ opportunities, and develop insightful recommendations on strategic direction to improve experiences• Perform the related analysis and research of technical and business issues:• Leverage a customer advisory board in order to conduct interview/focus group/survey to deep dive insights • Design user experience immersion trips (with support from insights team) and be able to synthesize findings and insights into sharings / workshops for relevant business stakeholders• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within executive-level audiences
Requirements• Proven ability and passion to empathize with users; we are looking for colleagues who are eager and willing to fight to make changes to bring smiles to users’ faces• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management/operations, and market research• Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives• Experience in Excel modeling (be able to to forecast quantitative impact based on business assumption)• Bonus: expereince in one or more data analysis packages or databases, e.g., SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Power BI, etc.• Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill with a solution-oriented mindset• Flexible and adaptable; able to work under pressure• High proficiency in Excel or data is a plusอ่านเพิ่มเติม
