Job Description• Given a solution to build up subcontractor to serve a hub operation.• Working with operation team to determine what type of services are required and performance review• Analysis a reports and monitor Operations• Compilation of daily Subcon data• Work closely with internal stakeholders to generate deliverables required• Emphasize quality framework within operations
Requirements• Data•driven decision making mentality, fast learner and “can-do” attitude• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as a team• Good command in English (Plus)• Experience with Microsoft's Excel or Google's Sheets will be a big advantage• Responsive, good problems solver, simple, practical and straightforward person who able to work in operation environment A Bachelor degree from an Logistics or management background is preferable• Experienced min 1-2 years in logistics company• Experienced in working with and managing transportation vendorsอ่านเพิ่มเติม
