ResponsibilitiesLead, develop and motivate the Parts team.• Define and analyst reporting to meet requirements of the OEM and Customer First - Behaviors in all interactions with customers and colleagues. • Maintain the Parts ordering process to meet the healthy stock as well as appropriate filled rate.
Drive performance to achieve key targets and deliver continuous improvement.• รายงานและติดตามตรวจสอบการทำงานของชิ้นส่วนเป็นรายเดือน• Manage daily operations and help to ensure parts order are on progress and meet with customers due.• Maintain stock levels, purchasing within agreed budgets. Develop the Parts business within the Dealership. • Assist to monitor parts sales strategy and policy • Develop a successful trade parts operation as part of the OEM strategy.• Verify and analyst completeness of monthly report. • Monitor transaction to align with purchase and sales target. • Stock controlling, adjustment supersede, local shipment.• Control work in progress as internal management align with workshop capacity.
Work as a full member of the Dealership team.• Work with colleagues and other teams across the OEM to deliver improvements and provide a seamless service to customers. • Use feedback to improve skills and performance of self and the Parts team. • Understand and follows relevant OEM Operational Guidelines • Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the appropriate colleague. • Ensure the Parts team adheres to legal, environmental and health and safety requirements while ensuring the safety and security of people, vehicles and property at all times reporting any known faults or hazards.
Who is suitable?• Bachelor's degree in any fields.• At least 5-year experience in Business Analyst.• Experience in logistics, import & export would be an advantage.• Good verbal & written English• Good MS Office, especially Excel Intermediate level is preferable.• Numeracy and literacy to a level adequate to deal with logistic documentation.• Ability to analyst parts ordering to meet customer requests.• Capability to demonstrate a professional service to retain customers’ satisfaction.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
