Responsibilities:• Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with customers and partners and grow listings & revenue in the category.• Meeting Category Goals: Own the business category line and come up with best practices to help the category succeed (revenue, number of listings).• Lead Generation and Onboarding New Partners: Form lasting partnerships with new suppliers and sellers to build Kaidee’s branding.• Define the category strategies and set performance targets, with a focus on a few key strategic categories at first.• Undertake user research and use data to understand our category consumers better and help to define our long term strategic and communication framework.• Work with Marketing team to ensure that category related content is a part of our day-to-day marketing communications.• Be responsible for defining and maintaining the overall category tree of the Kaidee marketplace, including relevant attributes and filters to provide the best experience for our buyers and sellers - with the aim of developing an understanding of how category traffic and engagement in one part of the marketplace can lead to the growth of another.• Conduct regular detailed analysis into search terms, browse behaviour, conversion funnels to identify possible areas of improvement of our product or marketing comms.• Build and maintain relationships/networks with relevant stakeholders on a regional level, in ways that help to deliver strategies/plans as a whole, and with smooth and timely delivery.• Work closely with the Monetisation team to grow category revenue alongside user growth.• Work with product teams across squads to ensure that the needs of the category are being addressed in future roadmaps.• Perform experiments in collaboration with marketing and/or product teams to validate hypotheses and continually improve customer experience of these categories.• Report back to the wider business on category performance (growth and revenue) on a regular basis. Requirements:• Bachelor or Higher degree in business, marketing, data or related fields.• Possess 5 - 7 years of working experience in commercial business, marketing or data analytics.• Working experience in the e-commerce/marketplace/classifieds industry is a plus.• An entrepreneurial mindset; you enjoy building from scratch with limited resources. To make things happen by turning strategy to reality, you not afraid to dive into details or get your hands dirty and execute.• A proven analytical ability to use data to draw actionable insights and turn them into a coherent strategy.• To be able to communicate well through writing clear and succinct documents and also present case and points clearly; with well thought out recommendations and next steps.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You can rally team members towards a common goal, socialize plans and garner buy-in from stakeholders.• Independent self-starter with understanding of how to work within a startup environment. You are resilient and adaptable to changes and roadblocks, yet organized and detailed to manage complex parallel projects• Bonus: A Kaidee user and/or familiar with using the Kaidee app and its features.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
