The Opportunity:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Designer & Graphics Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience and visual identity of our products, ensuring they are both beautiful and user-friendly. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a real impact on our company's success.
What you will do:• Conduct user research and analysis to understand the needs of our user base.• Design and prototype user interfaces and user flows• Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).• Develop and maintain FlowAccount's brand identity and style guide, ensuring consistency across all platforms and marketing materials.• Design marketing materials, social media graphics, and other visual assets.• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to ensure designs are implemented effectively.• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and best practices, particularly those relevant to the Thai market. Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience as a Designer or Graphic Designer.• Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome.• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and user testing, with a focus on Thai users.• Proficiency in design software, including Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both Thai and international teams.• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.• A passion for design and a strong eye for detail.• Experience with financial software is a plus.• Fluency in Thai and English languages.
