We are looking for a Customer Service to support various activities within the customer service function - find the right subscription car for customer, customer satisfaction, optimise retention and payment collections. Tasks & responsibilities :• Manage and handle all inbound enquiries. (E.g. calls, texts, emails)• Manage and follow through the entire booking (sales) process.• Work closely with our Operations team / Supply Partners to confirm the car availability and delivery date be able to confirm each booking.• Promote positive brand image of Carzuno by maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism.• Ensure continuity of service delivery by answering all requests from customers.• Monitor upcoming subscription expiries and actively engage with the subscriber on potential extensions.• Enter and update customer information in the database.• Able to perform duties on weekends and holidays. Qualifications & experience :• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service.• Strong attention to detail.• Excellent end-to-end selling skills, including needs assessments, follow-up, objection handling, andclosing deals.• Excellent command of English & Thai, verbal and written. อ่านเพิ่มเติม
