Responsibilities:• Manage and analyze business requirements into a solution design, managing user requirements workshops, and formulation of an overall solution design, modeling transactions through the system to ensure that the business requirements are met.• Hands-on business analysis role to analyze and propose solutions for business issues, process changes, and functional requirements.• Work with different IT teams across infrastructure, and other divisions to deliver system solutions for the business.• Collaborate with stakeholders on their priorities, needs as well as system improvements.• Build a strong relationship and manage expectations with users andstakeholders.• Developing a requirement document.• Perform Test case / Test scenario / Test UAT with IT vendors and users.• Coordinating with vendors to develop systems that meet end-userrequirements.• Communicate with technical team leads, and developers, and users to assure an extensive understanding of system requirements, project status, and implementation.• Monitoring all staff concerning the project to ensure its timeliness.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields• Master’s Degree in Business Management or Information Technology will be preferable• At least 5 years experience in Project Management or Business Analyst in insurance business will be preferable• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, systematic thinking and able to work under pressure within deadlines.• Good command of English (writing and speaking)• Good Knowledge in Accounting and Financialอ่านเพิ่มเติม
