Qualification• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, MIS or related fields• 3 – 5 years of experiences in system analyst, business analysis or IT development in Industrial environment• Implementing and analyzing complex systems for their organizations, which includes planning development, testing, and deployment processes for various departments• Agile methodology business requirements and user requirements elicitation
Job description• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and identifying solutions to meet those requirements• Evaluating existing and new business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and proposing solutions• Gathering and documenting clear and well-structured business requirements documents/user stories, functional and system specifications documents• Developing and maintaining business process documentation and user manuals• Working closely with the product development team to ensure the solutions are implemented on time and meet requirements• Performing system testing and quality assurance to ensure that solutions meet business requirements• Conducting end-user training to both internal and external stakeholders for new systems and solutions• Prioritizing product backlog to ensure that the business continuously delivers value to end-users• Defining and monitoring business goals, and metrics to stay competitive in the market and refine solutions as and when necessary
