Job Description• Recruit and select people to meet the needs of the company.• Check the supporting documents for the job application to be complete. Prepare an employment authorization form and submit for approval from supervisors and those with approval authority.• Prepare an employment contract Prepare supporting documents for employment contracts Check the completion of the contract signing. Ready to offer to sign with the next supervisor.• Deliver employee history files to the welfare and salary department to enter employee information into the system.• Update and summarize reports on job recruitment in responsible fields.• Other tasks as assigned
RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource Management. or related fields• Experience in personnel management for at least 1 year or more.• Able to use computer programs: Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet well.• Love learning and can adapt to the organizational context.• Able to communicate in English.• Experience in recruiting in the IT field will be given special consideration.
