รายละเอียดงาน• Responsible for Customer Application Verification,Software Activation, Account Creation and Menu syncactivities on daily basis for POS services , to helpcustomer can start using POS service fast, smooth andbest experience• Work together with team and Freelance member to meettarget SLA, achieve maximum productivity and Zeroerror• Manage and execute operations according to establishedsystems or processes, ensuring smooth implementation inaccordance with service level agreements (SLA).• Identify and summarize the root cause of any issuesthat might occur, find solution and escalate to teamleader if required.• Measure and summarize performance of responsible tasksin numerical terms, providing insights for team leadersto identify areas for improvement.• Provide Team and individual performance information toManagers, Assistant Manager and Members in weeklybasis.• Design and improve SOP/Process for Activationactivities related workstream to maintaining anoperational excellences through nationwide POS users• Analyze and leverage the data and create the effectiveweekly and monthly report that be able to identify keysuccess or fail factor with result driven. provide thedata-driven solution or option• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, Incubation andSupply-chain team to develop long-term solutionbuilding up POS Customer best experience andoperational performances• Perform other duties and special assignments asrequired.
