SummaryAs the Business Development Coordinator, you will play a vital role in fostering synergy between the sales and business development teams, managing dealer events, and facilitating corporate deals. Your organizational skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be instrumental in driving the company's growth and success.
Coordinator to work closely with our sales and business development teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and supporting various initiatives, including dealer events, corporate partnerships, and sales management.
Job Responsibilities• Handles customer requests on behalf of our clients, via phone, email, and/or chat.• Strong service mind and excellent interpersonal skills.• Have working skills and knowledge of administration and customer care handling.• Good grasp of Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.• Attention to detail, Multi-tasking.• Business communication, customer contact, and coordination skills• Handle and support customer issue/ problem to ensure that the problem will be solved and recognized as per aspect and contribute the customer satisfaction.• Cooperate with all related parties in case that next further is required to be response/ proceed from related parties. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in any fields. (New graduates are welcome)• 1-3 years of experience• Good customer service• Management skills.• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.• Familiarity with the automotive or electric vehicle industry is a plus.• Able to do a work (6 working days in 1 week).
