Job Description :• Draft proposal, pitch and negotiate deals with partners to secure their support, facilitate contract renewal, and payment processes• Manage end-to-end execution of partners’ campaigns and coordinate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth launch and target achieved• Generate performance reports, analyze results, and present key insights to identify opportunities or problems with effective solutions provided• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners, fostering collaboration and growth• Initiate and proactive in acquiring new revenue apart from existing packages, e.g. pitching partners to adopt Shopee program to increase revenue to Shopee• Manage ad hoc projects and requests per team and company’s direction Requirements :• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in business or related fields• At least 3 years working experience in either area of key account management, reporting analyst, marketing analytics, or partner marketing (experience in e-commerce industry would be an added advantage).• Strong analytical skills (proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required)• Innovative problem-solving skills; identify problems and cause, develop alternative solutions, implement solution, measure results• Strong verbal and written communication skills• Good command of English• Hard working, adaptable person with ability to work independently and proactively.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
