We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Sales Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of sales and both traditional & digital marketing principles, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, lead generation and revenue targets.• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities and consumer preferences.• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to promote products and services effectively.• Lead the sales team by setting clear sales targets, providing guidance, and motivating team members to achieve sales goals.• Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.• Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, leads funnel analysis, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to adapt sales and marketing strategies accordingly.• Conduct regular sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to the senior management team.• Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide market insights and contribute to product roadmap discussions.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.• Proven experience as a Sales Marketing Manager or a similar role, with a successful track record in achieving sales targets.• Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.• Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and forecasting techniques.• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced• Fluent in spoken and written Thai and English.• Background from Fleet Management System is preferred.อ่านเพิ่มเติม
