Job description :• Deploy localized strategies in sales channels, manage both online and offline sales channels, develop marketing plans tailored to each channel, and reach sales targets in alignment with the company's overall business strategy.• Establish, train and manage activation campaigns. Organize store PCs regarding brand sales.• Handle the entry of local sales channels, e.g. modern trade pharmacies, individual pharmacies, beauty stores etc. Oversee the distribution, display, and packaging of the brand in offline stores. • Assist in the launch of local marketing campaigns. Optimize the brand’s marketing coverage in various sales channels. Evaluate brand awareness among consumers and enhance brand reputation in partnered sales channels. Qualifications :• Over three years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/nutrition industry, with a strong track record of high performance throughout history.• Have working experience in pharmacy, cosmeceuticals and supermarket channels, familiar with local laws and regulations. Good interpersonal relationship in the industry is preferred.• Good communication skills, experience in team management, strong goal orientation, ability to work well under pressure of sales targets.• Proficient in Thai and English, Chinese is a plus.• Work experience in Chinese companies preferred.
