Our client, a famous Global Manufacturing Company, is now looking for the experienced candidate to join them.
Position: Payroll SpecialistIndustry: Home Appliance - AC productLocation: ฺPathumthaniSalary: up to 90,000 THB
Job Description:
- Responsible for updating payroll data changes in PowerVision and third party payroll system (SAP based) in an accurate and timely manner.- Maintain an orderly file system of all data to be entered, and that which is entered.- Review the trial payroll reports of data information prior to the live production of the payroll.- Process payroll related activities such as garnishments, social security and provident fund contributions, TAX, and any other payroll payments/ deductions.- Respond to external inquiries from government agencies, banks, etc.- Assist with balancing year end payroll filings and year end reports according to the local regulations and timelines.- Assist with HR/ Finance projects and assignments as required.- Accountable for acting in a safe and responsible manner. Qualification:
- At least 8 years of related experience in a Payroll with MNC company.- Professional qualification in Payroll or HR discipline, sizing over 300 HCs.- Must have knowledge of deduction procedures, local legislation requirements (workmen compensation, social security, provident fund, tax, etc.)- Knowledgeable in Payroll Administration and Human Resources practices and procedures.- Excellent organizational skills, time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.- Fluently in English Communication, report to Reginal Director (suggest TOEIC>800).- Knowledge of the SAP based payroll system is an advantage.- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (i.e Word, Excel)
